Who can use Kol Hagty
The app is for people 18 years old or older. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
About the businesses listed
The businesses and shops that appear in the app are entirely independent of us. We only display their information; we do not provide any of their services ourselves. Any booking, purchase, agreement or payment happens directly between you and the business, and we are not a party to it and not responsible for it. We try to keep the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail — a price, a time, a phone number — stays correct at all times.
Content is for general information
Everything in the app — tips, articles, and period tracking — is general information only, not medical advice and not a substitute for it. Period tracking estimates dates from an approximate calculation based on what you entered; it is not a method of birth control and does not diagnose any condition. For any decision about your health, see a qualified doctor.
What you write
When you register a bazaar with us, or apply to join as a service provider, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you wrote and for having the right to publish it. We review every submission and reserve the right to accept or reject any of them without explaining why, and the right to display that information in the app if it is accepted.
Advertising
Some places in the app are paid — banners, featured spots in listings, and sponsored tips. Paid content is labelled as such. Showing an ad is not a recommendation from us of the business or the service.
Using the app
The app is for personal use. You may not bulk-copy the directory's data, use automated tools to scrape its content, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms, and when we do we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
