What we collect, and what never leaves your phone.

If you use the app without an account
You can browse everything without signing in. In that case we don't know who you are, but two things are still recorded: if you allowed notifications, we keep a notification token for your device, its device type, and the interests you picked; and if you searched for something, we log the word you typed, the section you searched in and how many results it found, so we know what people are looking for and not finding. Search is not linked to you or your device.
If you create an account
We keep your email, to sign you in — there's no password, we send you a code by email instead. If you picked your governorate and area, they're saved to your account too, so they stay with you if you change phones. From that point your device's notification token is linked to your account.
What never leaves your phone
Period tracking is stored on your own device only. No one on our side ever sees it, it is never sent to any server, and deleting it erases it completely.
The wedding checklist
It is stored on your device. Only when you're signed in is a copy sent to us and saved to your account, so it stays with you if you change phones.
If you registered a bazaar with us, or applied to join as a provider
We keep the name, email, phone number and the details you wrote — about the bazaar, or about your business and its social media link — so we can review the request and get back to you. We use this data for that request only.
Businesses and advertising
We never share your personal data with the businesses or advertisers on the app. They only receive aggregate numbers — how many times an ad was shown and how many times it was tapped, per day — with nothing that identifies any one person.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the "Profile" page inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile and the wedding checklist saved to your account. Notifications don't stop on deletion, though: the interests you picked are stored against the device itself, not your account, so notifications tied to them keep arriving. To stop them, turn off notifications for the app from your phone's settings.
Deleting your account
In the app: while signed in, open the "Profile" tab, tap "Delete account", then confirm with "Delete my account". Without the app: email privacy@kolhagty.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Either way, deletion is permanent: your account, your profile and the wedding checklist saved to it are erased. Two things stay, no longer linked to you: bazaar requests you sent, without your name, email or phone; and your device's notification token with the interests you picked, as described above.
